Every sale, every shelf, every peso — one system.
Accura is the point of sale and back office for a business in Mexico. Ring up a nota and the inventory, the customer’s account, the IVA and the books all move with it — so at the day’s cash count the numbers already agree.

How it works
One sale. Four records. No re-typing.
Most businesses write the same sale down four times — the nota, the stock book, the credit notebook and the accountant’s papers. In Accura you enter it once.
- 01
Sell
Scan or search, pick the box, pack or piece, and record how you were paid: cash, card, SPEI transfer, CoDi, a split payment — or on credit.
- 02
Inventory moves
Items leave the shelf they were sold from. Storeroom, branches and counts stay in step — stock is worked out, never typed in.
- 03
Money, IVA & credit
Cash to the drawer, card and transfers to the bank, credit to the customer’s account — checked against the limit first. Each item’s IVA stays in its rate.
- 04
Books
Every sale is a double-entry voucher (póliza). P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and the IVA summary are always current.

IVA & receipts
IVA your accountant will like.
Set up the business once — RFC, régimen fiscal, postal code and rate — and every sale and purchase carries its IVA, kept apart by rate.
- IVA 16 %, or 8 % if your store applies the border-region incentive — set per store
- Each item at the general rate, 0 % or exempt; the summary keeps them apart
- Shelf prices with IVA included, as your customer sees them (or price plus IVA)
- Customers with RFC, legal name, régimen and postal code; everyone else is “Público en general”
- A Spanish “nota de venta” with folio, DD/MM/YYYY date and the amount in words
- A monthly summary of IVA charged (trasladado) and IVA creditable (acreditable), in Excel
CFDI 4.0 e-invoicing (timbrado). We don’t stamp invoices yet. If a customer asks for a factura, Accura prints it with their fiscal details marked “pendiente de timbrar” — not a fiscal document; stamp it with your current provider or on the SAT portal until then.

Your records, protected
Books that can’t be quietly rewritten.
A saved nota is never edited or deleted. If it was wrong, it’s cancelled with a reason and entered again — the folio stays used, and the activity log keeps who did what.
Saved notas are final
Cancel with a reason, never erase. Folios run without gaps.
A log nobody can edit
Every user’s actions, on record and printable.
Close a month
Lock a checked month; nothing can be posted into it.
Your data, any time
A full, checksummed backup for the owner, plus Excel and CSV exports.
Each business on its own
Every business’s records are separate; people see only what their role allows.
A health check
Built-in checks that the books balance and stock agrees with its records.
Other countries
Accura, country by country.
Each country has its own Accura — its own address, its own tax rules and its own sign-up. You’re on the Mexico site.

Questions
Good to know
Does Accura issue CFDI e-invoices?
Not yet — CFDI 4.0 stamping (timbrado) is coming. Today Accura prints notas de venta and, when a customer asks for a factura, prints it with their fiscal details marked “pendiente de timbrar”. That printout isn’t a fiscal document: stamp it with your current provider or on the SAT portal.
How does it handle IVA?
IVA 16 %, or 8 % if your store applies the border-region incentive — the rate is set per store. Each item is general-rate, 0 % or exempt, kept apart in the summary. Prices include IVA by default, or use price plus IVA.
Does it file with the SAT?
No. Accura prepares the monthly summary of IVA charged and creditable and exports it to Excel; your accountant files the return.
Is the app in Spanish?
The app’s screens are in English for now. The notas de venta you hand to customers print in Spanish, with DD/MM/YYYY dates, pesos and the amount in words. This website is also in Spanish.
Does it take card, SPEI or CoDi payments?
No — Accura never charges or moves money. Your terminal or bank does; in Accura you record how the customer paid so the cash count balances.
Does it work when the internet goes down?
At the counter, yes. A registered counter PC keeps selling on its own folio series and sends the notas when it’s back online.
Does it handle IEPS, retentions or SAT electronic accounting?
No. Accura doesn’t calculate IEPS or ISR / IVA retentions, and doesn’t produce the SAT’s electronic accounting XML. It keeps your vouchers and reports; your accountant handles those.
Can my accountant work in it?
Yes. Give them the accountant role: books, reports and IVA, and closing a checked month. Everything exports to Excel.
What does it cost?
You can start free today. Paid plans in pesos will be announced here.
Who owns the data?
You do. The owner can download a complete backup at any time; lists and reports export to Excel or CSV.
