Features

Everything in Accura, in one list.

What’s listed here works today. What isn’t ready yet is at the end — plainly.

Counter sales

Fast enough for a queue, correct enough for the books.

  • Scan or search

A barcode scanner, or a laptop or phone camera. Keyboard shortcuts for every step.

  • Packs and pieces

Sell a box of 12 or one piece, a sack or a loose kilo — each pack with its own barcode and price.

  • Price lists

Retail, wholesale and trade prices per customer, with the last price they paid as a hint.

  • Record how you were paid

Cash, card (on your terminal), SPEI transfer or CoDi — or several on one nota. Accura doesn’t charge; it records the payment so the cash count balances.

  • Returns

Against the original nota; stock, money and IVA go back the right way.

  • Offline counter

A registered counter PC keeps selling on its own folio series without internet and syncs when it’s back.

  • Labels

Print barcode labels for items that arrive without one.

  • Quick-tap & sell by amount

A grid of loose items, and “20 pesos’ worth” worked out to the quantity.

Inventory & storeroom

Worked out from every sale and transfer — never typed in.

  • Places

Sales floor and storeroom per branch, plus stock in transit and goods delivered but not yet invoiced.

  • Transfers

Between storerooms and branches, at average cost.

  • Stock counts

Count a shelf and record the difference with a reason: damaged, missing, expired.

  • No negative stock

A sale that would take stock below zero is refused — unless you switch that off.

  • Lots & expiry

Lot numbers and expiry dates on purchases; oldest sold first; an “expiring soon” report.

  • Serial / IMEI

Every unit by serial number, never sold twice, warranty printed on the nota.

  • Recipes

Turn materials into finished goods at their full cost.

Customer credit

Receivables the counter respects.

  • Limits & credit days

Per customer; over the limit, the counter stops.

  • Nota by nota

Payments settle specific notas; advances stay on account.

  • Ageing

Not due, 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days, per customer — totals always match what’s owed.

  • Statements

Print, or share from your own phone.

  • Cheques

Received, cleared or bounced — a bounced cheque re-opens the nota.

Purchases & suppliers

Know what to buy and what you owe.

  • Supplier invoices

Freight and charges go into the cost of the goods; the IVA you pay goes to IVA creditable.

  • Payables

What you owe each supplier, invoice by invoice, with due dates.

  • What to order

Items below their minimum or selling faster than the stock will last, grouped by the last supplier.

  • Send the order

Share it by WhatsApp from your own phone, copy it or print it.

IVA & fiscal details

Every sale and purchase at the right rate.

  • IVA 16 % and 8 % border

Set per store: 16 %, or 8 % for a store that applies the northern or southern border-region incentive.

  • 0 % and exempt

Each item is general-rate, 0 % (like many basic foods) or exempt; the summary shows them apart.

  • IVA-included prices

Shelf prices include IVA, as your customer sees them; or price plus IVA if you prefer.

  • Your fiscal details

RFC, régimen fiscal (e.g. 626 RESICO) and postal code, on your notas and kept for when CFDI arrives.

  • Customers’ fiscal details

RFC, legal name, régimen and postal code for customers who ask for a factura; everyone else is “Público en general”.

  • Spanish nota de venta

With folio, DD/MM/YYYY date and the amount in words: “… pesos 50/100 M.N.”.

  • Monthly IVA summary

IVA charged on sales against IVA creditable on purchases, 0 % and exempt apart — to Excel for your accountant.

Books & reports

Double-entry, the way accountants expect.

  • Vouchers

Sales, purchases, receipts, payments, transfers, journals, credit and debit notes — always balanced.

  • Day book & ledgers

Every entry by day, every account line by line.

  • Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet

Worked out from the vouchers, for any period.

  • Cash flow

Where the money came from and where it went, month by month.

  • Cash count

Count the drawer by denomination; a difference is posted with a remark.

  • Period close

Close a checked month so nothing can be posted into it.

  • Analytics

Sales, margins and best sellers over time.

Roles & branches

One business, many hands.

  • Ready-made roles

Owner, manager, accountant, cashier, storekeeper, salesperson — or build your own from plain-language permissions.

  • Branches

A role for one branch or all of them; each branch has its own folio series.

  • Activity log

Who did what, in a log nobody can edit.

AI assistant

Ask the business a question.

  • Plain questions

“Who owes me the most?” “What sold best last month?” — typed or spoken.

  • Read-only

It reads your records to answer; it never changes them.

Excel import & export

Move in quickly. Leave whenever you like.

  • Import

Items, customers and suppliers from .xlsx or .csv with the template, with opening stock and balances. A preview shows every problem first; existing names are never overwritten.

  • Export

Every report to Excel or PDF; lists to CSV.

  • Backup

A complete, checksummed backup of the business for the owner.

Not yet

What isn’t ready — so you don’t have to ask.

  • Not yet

    CFDI 4.0 e-invoicing

Stamping (timbrado) is coming. Until then, facturas print as “pendiente de timbrar”, with no fiscal value.

  • Not yet

    The app in Spanish

The app’s screens are in English for now; notas de venta already print in Spanish.

  • Not yet

    IEPS & retentions

Accura doesn’t calculate IEPS or ISR / IVA retentions, or produce SAT electronic accounting.
