How it works

Follow one sale all the way through.

A builder buys paint on credit at a ferretería. Here is everything Accura does with that one nota — and everything nobody has to re-type.

  1. 0110:42

    The cashier rings it up

Scan the barcodes or type a few letters. Pick the bucket or the piece; the price follows the customer’s price list, IVA included. Choose “on credit” and the customer.

    • Barcode, camera or search
    • Packs and pieces on one nota
    • Cash, card, SPEI, CoDi, split or credit
  2. 0210:42

    The credit limit is checked

Before the nota is saved, Accura adds it to what the customer already owes. Over the limit, the counter stops — only someone allowed to can let it through.

    • Limit and credit days per customer
    • Open notas with their age
    • Statements to print or share
  3. 0310:43

    The stock moves

The paint leaves the sales floor. When the floor runs low, a transfer brings more from the storeroom — and “what to order” notices before the storeroom runs out.

    • Stock per shelf, storeroom and branch
    • Transfers and counts with reasons
    • Low-stock and fast-seller list
  4. 0410:43

    The voucher posts itself

The nota is a double-entry voucher: the customer’s account debited, sales and IVA charged credited, stock down at cost. The P&L is current the moment it’s saved.

    • Day book and trial balance
    • P&L and balance sheet
    • IVA charged and creditable for the month
  5. 0518:30

The cash count (corte de caja)

The cashier counts notes and coins; any shortage or surplus is posted with a remark. The owner sees the day’s sales, who owes what and what’s running low.

    • Count by denomination
    • Shortages recorded, not hidden
    • Today’s summary for the owner

Vouchers, ledgers, IVA, reports — and closing the month.
